I am the Executive Director of Maccabi Australia.

Congratulations to MWU on the creation of this social networking site - it's great to be a part of the Maccabi global family.

Our Maccabiah team finished third on the medal tally and all enjoyed an incredible experience.

Focus has shifted to our Junior Sports Carnival in Perth in December 2009 and the Maccabi Australia International Games (MAIGs) in Sydney in December 2010.

Going for Gold!

The USA Juniors boys basketball team will be fighting to get the gold medal in todays game verse Israel. In last nights game against Turkey, Evan Conti (Queens, NY) led all scorers with 23 points and grabbed 13 rebounds. Josh Cohan (Los Angeles, CA) had 21 points and 11 rebounds for Team USA. So far, there has been no competition for the team as they have been beating opponents by an average of 21 points a game.
